A personalised cover is made for you after you pay, with your name on it, so it cannot be sold to anyone else. For this reason a personalised order cannot be cancelled or returned once we have started making it.
We check every order before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.
Prices are shown in your local currency where we can, and the exact amount you pay is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled securely by Paystack, by card or mobile money. We never see or store your card details.
Promotions, discount codes and the Christmas draw have their own rules, which are shown on their pages.
