How do I personalise my passport cover?
In the studio on our home page, choose your colour, pick exactly three of the nine gold charms, drag them where you want them, and emboss up to two names. A live preview updates as you go, so you see exactly what you're ordering before you add to bag.
What's the difference between personalised and ready-made covers?
A personalised cover is made to your choices — your colour, three charms and embossed name (GH₵200 in Ghana). Ready-made designs are printed covers from our Coloured Passport and I Love Travel lines, ready to ship with no customisation (GH₵95 in Ghana).
What are the covers made of?
Our covers are made of P.U leather — also called faux or vegan leather. They are not genuine leather and not 100% leather. P.U leather gives a soft, durable, leather-look finish that's easy to clean and animal-free. The charms are solid brass with a gold-tone finish.
Do you ship to my country, and how much is it?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Ghana: GH₵200 personalised / GH₵95 ready-made; delivery within Accra is by rider, who confirms the small local fee with you (the rest of Ghana ships by courier). Nigeria: ₦45,000 per cover, including free delivery and 2 complimentary luggage tags. International (UK, Europe, USA, Canada and beyond): US$28 per cover, plus shipping you choose at checkout — Standard US$25 (7–14 days, post) or Express US$80 (3–5 days, DHL/FedEx). All prices show in your local currency at checkout.
How long until my order is ready?
Every cover is made to order and finished by hand in Accra. Production and delivery take 2–4 working days in Ghana and 3–5 working days in Nigeria. International orders are delivered by your chosen method — Standard post (7–14 working days) or Express DHL/FedEx (3–5 working days). Ghana orders are delivered by rider. If you have a deadline, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Are the free delivery and luggage tags for every order?
Free delivery and the 2 complimentary luggage tags are a Nigeria-only offer. Ghana orders pay the rider's local delivery fee separately, and international orders add a shipping charge (Standard US$25 or Express US$80) on top of the US$28 cover price.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Paystack, which accepts cards and mobile money. We never see or store your card details.
Why is my card charged in Ghana Cedi (GH₵)?
Paystack settles payments in Ghana Cedi, so your card is charged the GH₵ equivalent of your local price and your bank converts it at its own rate. Your final amount may differ slightly from the displayed figure because of that conversion.
Can I return or cancel a personalised cover?
Because each cover is personalised and made to order, production begins shortly after checkout, so personalised orders can't be cancelled or returned once started. If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you configured, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair or remake it.
Will it fit my passport?
Our covers are sized for a standard passport booklet and are slim enough to carry every day while keeping your passport protected.
