No. Your entries are added the moment your payment goes through. This page shows them on the phone you ordered from, and you can check from any phone with the email or phone number you used at checkout.
A cancelled or fully refunded order loses its entry. Everything else stays in the draw.
Not this time. The Christmas draw is for our customers in Ghana, so only orders delivered to an address in Ghana earn entries. You can still order from anywhere as usual.
Every ticket from every qualifying order goes on one list. On 24 December we pick one at random, live on our Instagram, using a method anyone can re-run to check. We then contact the winner by phone and email.
